City Hall The City Hall is among the most elegant of buildings in the city, filled with delegates and emissaries, the City Hall is a busy place, but jobs can be found if one looks hard. The Mayor also resides here.Sub Forums:Mayor's Office
Hotel Janina, Bogart's Restaurant & Casino The fanciest hotel in Neila City, very pricey, the Neila elite can be found residing here, dining in the best restaurant in town, or gambling it it's high class Casino. Bogart's, located in the lobby, is quite a ritzy restaurant, an excellent place for business meetings, celebrations, or even dates, serving all sorts of exotic cuisine.
Neila Police Department The Neila Police Department, NPD, is the office for the law enforcement agency known as the Enforcers. The Enforcers patrol Neila and capture criminals and keep the city safe day and night. To become an Enforcer is a tough challenge. Those who wish to report crimes come here to do so.
Neila City Square The famous Square of Neila City. Legendary for many things, but foremost among them, the actual site of the construction of Neila City. Neila Square is always bustling with people waiting for transportation, shopping at the local street markets or high end stores. The markets are always held in a carnival like atmosphere, full of fun and frivolity.
Neila Tower Inc. A beautiful building, forever reaching for the sky. The Tower is the most dominating building on the Planet. Miles high up, corporate entities, the greedy and the power hungry oversee the entire city, and from there they try to rule over it, security is high.
Neila City Hospital Neila City's hospital, designed for the finest to the simplest of tasks, and uses such as a mild cold or a heavy virus. It's staff wide and large, and experienced individuals, if some may be perverse in their own place. Come on in, get that rash or cough fixed. Our nurses are always happy to please and serve.
The Strand A three level shopping arcade, which leads off the main street of Neila. Designed in an opulent setting of old world charm and sophistication, with its interior structure centered around Queen Victorian style architecture consisting of mahogany wood-grained shop fronts, tinted glass windows, old style imitation gas light fixtures, wrought iron grills, ornaments and, of course, lots of lattice work. Within the arcade, boutique style shops abound, consisting of cafe's, hair salons, jewelry establishments, bedding and manchester, curios, rare coins and stamps, china, cool clothing establishments, computer goods, cake shops, ATM's and anything else of quality and curiosity that can be imagined. People meet here for coffee, brunch or whatever, and to wander around and casually look at the shops or to buy goods in an atmosphere of timeless tranquility. Quite frequently there are secret meetings and rendezvous, and often surprises in the back rooms.
Neila City Central Station Welcome to Neila City’s prime travel terminal, an opulent place full of hustle and bustle for Neila’s busy citizens on their way to and from home via the super fast, ultra modern monorail train system. The Neila Air & Road Bus Service has its main depots here as well, conveying its many passengers quickly and efficiently to different parts of the city and suburbs. Nevertheless, NCCS has its quirks and dangers, prepare yourself for a disquieting little ride.
Lake Gabriel A beautiful shimmering lake, perfect for fishing and lying by. However the best part is that there are exotic species of animals in the lake, and it seems that they're safe since the city allows people to go swimming in it.
Auryon Forest A beautiful and lush forest, home to many a species of animals, and perfect for hikes and things like that. But be careful, sometimes it's easy to get lost in there.Sub Forums:The Park Bench
The Park Bench Just outside Neila Forest, is an old park bench, unworthy of any notice. No one knows about it but the Park Bench is actually a portal to the lair of many monsters that infest Neila City. An old stone structure, shaped like an old love seat, sits neglected and alone..Its countenance faintly moss covered, seated in a corner of Neila Park, a rememberance of times gone by..Unknown by all, except those who frequent here, the stone seat, with its hidden stone knob, (beneath the seat), is the device used by those in the know to transport themselves beneath the surface of the park to the secret Monster Bar below. All are welcome to share in the fun, but some, will never leave..
Shilandar Mountains A small mountain range, just beyond the Forest. It is a wonderful place to hike to, and seems to hold many mysteries. There are some rare and exotic species here too, but be careful because you could fall!
Valentine Park Condos Many residents prefer to live in style with a view of the lake, peaceful forested surroundings and located at the northern edge of Neila's Grand Park; living doesn't get any better. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of the inner city to relax. Heated pools, jacuzzi, onsite workout facility, basketball and tennis courts and much more, plus some of the cutest little condos you have ever seen all priced affordably, though some are fancier than others.

Club Xel The hottest new club, and possibly the most popular spot in the city. Said to be very hard to gain admittance, but the bouncers are also rumored to have soft spots for hot babes, and will let them and their dates in, if they have one.
Zillion's Burgers & Pizzeria A popular choice for dates because Zillion's is a friendly, reliable, and nice place to eat. Old man Zillion has pizzas that no one can beat too! Beers are also sold here at cheaper prices. Help Wanted
The Slums The streets of the Slums are covered in grime, and are filled with hardened criminals that make the Slums their home. Even the mighty Enforcers refuse to extend their hold into the Slums. Everything has a price there... Sub Forums: · The Sewers · Undercity · Alley
The Sewers The ancient Sewers of the Slums are the underground streets to the Undercity, and several other places. The Sewers also house some criminals and will serve as a place to live from harm.
Undercity Underground realm of the organization known as The Resistance. Also it's home for criminals and alien monsters who would aid and assist in that Resistance.
Alley The dark alleys of the Slums are some of the most dangerous places, because of the high rate of muggings and rapes that go on when criminals and worse find prey to take advantage of. Beware.
Angel Sanctuary The place where all the angels hang to discuss heavenly politics and carnal knowledge.
Temple A grand and vast domed portion of the quarter where all the religious shrines and structures are
housed. Here, characters can come to pay penance in whatever way they can *wink wink*.
The Baths of Neila A great freshwater lake holy to all faiths for baptisms, cremation-burials, and...'consumation rituals' for lovers. Basically a more 'sacred' version of our Neial Lake.
The Campus The Campus of the University is a beautiful place, with more than enough nooks and benches and trees. Students tend to come here to frolick and relax outside, and sometimes, students'll sneak out and hide in one of the bushes and make out or more than that.
The Classes The University has many classes, many branches of education that it's students can choose from as to what they want to learn, no requirements imposed upon them by the University. There are classes such as Algebra Class, the Library, Science Labs, History Class, Grammar Class, even Technology Class.
The Athletic Fields The Fields boast tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball courts, football fields, soccer fields, and a hockey rink. Sports are an important part of the University, and many of it's students are players on one or more teams.
The Quad The Quad is the place where students go to meet, chat, eat, and relax. It's like a Student Commons Room in other schools. Only Students are allowed, no visitors!
Adena Lane (Lover's Outlook) A romantic making out spot for many couples. Lovers' Outlook is perched upon a hill overlooking the city.
Port WingsofFury A huge dockyard, filled with ships and boats. There is also a rental shack for boats that people can take out for a ride, relax on, or for some, make love with their partners. There are also classical stuffs like water cycles and surfboards from the 21st century for rent too.

Kumori Beaches The white sands of the Beaches of Neila are among the most beautiful in the universe, and many tourists come just to experience some time on the Beaches, but for the most part, the Beaches are deserted except for public beaches closer to the city zones. The further away from the city, the more beautiful the Beaches get.
Spike Row Cemetery The Cemetery, where the dear departed dead sleep, or do they?--Home to those who are both dead and undead. A place not for the fainthearted or for young girls or lovers to visit after dark.
Domination The dark area of the Harem, holding agonized screams to lustful moans, and the haunted cries, mews and purrs of the various servants and slaves.
Fantasy The lighter side of the Harem, pointing northward in the city; this great place harbors male to female fantasy. This part is all about bending the boundaries and reality of even Neila City. Where you can under go the largest Sexual urge, or darkest pain that not even the harem can provide. Now this place can be extreme or mild. In other, easier words, think of this as playing fetishes. Doctor, mad scientist, all of it here, so begin the "Fantasy."
Hardcore The darker place of the Harem, dark and dirty to its name, all here are slaves to their temporary masters, random females sometimes thrown in for rape to some guests, making it a hell for many, while a lustful heaven for others. No boundaries, just extreme fun.
The Pit A dark, ill known area of the Harem. It stands as a large, dome like structure in the center of the rest, its peak receded for a giant open area of sunlight to pour inside. A foul, dark aura bids this place not friendly, though its true size is far larger than thought. Since most of the arena is under ground, channels and blocks full of cells and cages of slaves, and Gladiators as well. One rarely dares to speak or step into this hellish place, for fear of debasement and pain to come apon them.

Specimen Block Cell apon cell lines the long, endless underground, and above ground corridors. Like a prison, this is where the specimens live, and wait for their turn at the tests, and examination that would mark their life's pleasure, and their pains.
J. Leonhart Spaceport On the far west end of Neila lies a Spaceport, an intergalactic hub and Neila's direct connection to the Universe. A grand place, a place where friends and loved ones depart and reunite, business men and women conjugate for their frequent business trips and where important people come and go on a daily basis. Always busy, with all manner of civilian, personal and military ship arriving and departing, the Spaceport itself is a three tiered building, only to be dwarfed by the Tower, which dominates the spaceport landscape. The Spaceport also acts like a sort of garage, having a great number of hangars and other manner of storage buildings where people can place their personal belongings or their craft for later use. The Spaceport is also a place where some let their deepest desires take flight......
